The first one I received wouldn't charge. An e-mail later, the old one was on it's way back to Austin and a new one was headed in my direction. I'm very pleased.

They won’t stand behind a battery that went thru maybe 40 charging cycles because it was a few months past the 18 month warranty. I live in Massachusetts and don’t ride in the winter. Stay away, their customer service if you aren’t local-SUCKS! Buy a Priority bike instead. A very unhappy customer!!

This was a replacement battery that MOD BIKES sent because the original battery had a loose part that is not user-serviceable. This new battery did not work at all, and customer support told me it was due to blown fuses. It just never charged and there was no way to fix it. So now I'm waiting for my THIRD battery. Talk about a bad experience!
The wrong replacement battery was sent (I returned it to Mod Bike 10 days ago) and am waiting for my 1st generation Berlin battery to be sent to me.
