MOD BIKES Content Creator Program FAQ

What kind of content are you looking for in the MOD BIKES Creator Program?

We’re looking for genuine, real-life videos of you enjoying your MOD BIKE. You’ll get a simple script for direction, but the focus is on authentic footage that shows how you ride and make the bike part of your everyday life.

How and when will I be compensated for my content?

You’ll earn $150 for each approved content brief. Once your raw footage and voiceover are submitted and approved, we’ll send your payment via direct ACH bank deposit. We aim to make the process quick and hassle-free.

Do I have to follow the content brief exactly?

Think of the content brief as your guide. It includes shot ideas and key messages, but we want to see your personal style and how MOD BIKES fits into your life. Use the brief as a starting point and feel free to add your own creative touch.

Do I need any special equipment or a camera?

No special equipment needed — your phone will work great! Just make sure it’s set to the highest quality settings. If you have professional gear, even better, but it’s not required.

Do I have to own a MOD BIKE to join the program?

Yes. The program is only open to existing MOD BIKES customers who own one of our electric bikes.

Try any MOD risk-free from the comfort of your home! We value your trust, and that's why if it's not the perfect fit, exchange or return it with free shipping for a full refund.

How does it work:

Step 1:s

After your MOD bike arrives at your doorstep, you have a full 14 days from delivery day to decide if it's right for you. 

Step 2:

If it's not a great fit, contact our support team and we'll provide a shipping label and even arrange a pick-up for you. 

Step 3:

Once the bike arrives at our warehouse we will process your refund or exchange.
