We are proud of the bikes we build and stand by them. That’s why all of our bikes are backed by a 5 year limited warranty.

The MOD BIKES 5 Year Limited Warranty covers the following:

Frame

5 years

Fork and Suspension

18 months

Electric System- Motor, Battery, Display

18 months

Drivetrain

12 months

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the parts listed above. The warranty applies exclusively to the original owner and is not transferable. The warranty only covers bicycles and components purchased through an authorized MOD BIKES dealer.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Water damage, corrosion or rust
  • Damage/failure due to accidents
  • Damage/failure caused by tampering or use of unauthorized parts or accessories
  • Misuse
  • Neglect
  • Modifications of components
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Bike Charger

MOD BIKES limited warranty claims will be approved only upon presentation of the original sales receipt and signed warranty statement.
