Darla J. I can't imagine NOT having the cargo net to go along with my basket. We RV full time and using our bikes saves us from taking our diesel truck short distances. I have used the cargo net to secure everything from a small cooler chest, to RV parts, fishing gear, our camera bag and most recently to carry firewood. It works great and I love it!
