A. Vash (Glendale, CA, US) I'd been looking for a bag for a while and needed one with side panels. This one comes with the snap device, so compatibility with my MOD folding bike wasn't an issue.
The bag is structurally solid. Doesn't collapse, robust exterior. It comes with a rain cover and an arm strap, which is great.
Sizing: I eyed it for a while before buying to gauge the scale, and it does not fit my laptop. It extends with a top extension for more room, but it tips at an angle where the zippers begin, and they're not the kind that lock together.
Snapping it on and off is a big deal. It's awkward compared to snapping it onto the seat, because of the weight difference and how the flushness changes.
Overall the bag is great. I even use it to carry extra items in my car to take home, not just on my bike. Honestly, to justify the price you aren't going to buy like 2-3 crap bags, just buy one good one you know will be robust.
