I love my Mod Berlin

Red reflecter fell off on last ride. Not sure where. How do you turn on the tail light? I can turn on the head light ok by holding down the 1.

For the tail light: if it's the integrated light on the rear fender, it should come on automatically with the headlight when you hold down the '1' button (power icon). If it's not turning on, it could be one of these things:

The rear light wire may have come loose (check under the rear fender where it connects).

Some versions of the Berlin don’t have a wired-in tail light — it may be a reflector-only part. If that’s the case, you can easily add a battery-powered or USB rear light.

And sorry to hear about the reflector falling off! If you want to replace it or upgrade to a full rear light, we’ve got options and we’re happy to help.
