I've had this less than a week but so far it runs very well in the city. I feel very comfortable on this ebike, looking forward to seeing how it runs when we venture out to the State Park.

We moved into Austin and sold one of our cars and switched to bikes. With the city being so bike friendly, we go almost everywhere on it!. I love that I can tow our daughter, groceries, any items we need for the day and anything additional all on the Cargo. Its ability to carry all the weight and be fully electric helps when I have an extra heavy load. We feel safe and also just have so much fun cruising around. Couldn’t say enough good things. ALSO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNMATCHED WITH MODBIKES!
TIP: would recommend buying the second battery. If you’re planning a long day across the city with a lot of weight on the bike! We biked from Mueller to Zilker (ATX) and felt like we were cutting it too close to comfort with having our daughter with us.

I love my new bike! It’s an excellent bike for carrying our two little kids. Plenty of power to take on small hills around my neighborhood. I have two Thule seats attached and they both fit comfortably. The ride is smooth and it looks great!
