We've been riding our new electric cargo bike for about a month now and I can confidently say that this e-bike has totally exceeded my expectations. We initially got it to more easily bring our toddler places and the electric bike makes it a breeze. We are able to readily tow our bike trailer around and the bike has no issue towing it with our child. He has been having a blast riding along with us.
The system is very intuitive, and the training videos in addition to the live training, (we live near the main headquarters) made acclimating to the electric system incredibly simple.
We own a Lumos helmet and the ability to sync it directly to the bike is an incredible feature. Feels great to know that we can provide directions to people behind us with ease.
A heads up for folks, the bike isn't light and isn't compatible with just any car bike rack. This isn't an issue for us, but something to consider if you are intending to transport the bike places.
If there is any reason I'd knock stars off, is that we're now seriously considering a second bike because my partner can't keep up on her road bike. Not the worst problem to have!

We moved into Austin and sold one of our cars and switched to bikes. With the city being so bike friendly, we go almost everywhere on it!. I love that I can tow our daughter, groceries, any items we need for the day and anything additional all on the Cargo. Its ability to carry all the weight and be fully electric helps when I have an extra heavy load. We feel safe and also just have so much fun cruising around. Couldn’t say enough good things. ALSO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNMATCHED WITH MODBIKES!
TIP: would recommend buying the second battery. If you’re planning a long day across the city with a lot of weight on the bike! We biked from Mueller to Zilker (ATX) and felt like we were cutting it too close to comfort with having our daughter with us.
