Melvin Long shipping delay due to a fire at Mod. Helmet is comfortable and light. Easily adjustable to fit. Had an issue with the front light not turning on after I connected it to the phone app. Reached out to MOD and they acknowledged my problem and worked with me to resolve the issue which was easily fixed. It was due a design flax of the app I was unaware and could not see that I had to scroll down to apply settings. So it was either a design flaw or the Lumos app or the stupid user. Lol. Alarm and horn are excellent. MOD Bikes put the extra effort out to follow up and make sure my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Nice personal touch which we don’t get much of these days with people hiding behind emails and AI! Excellent service!

Carla Hartman (North Tonawanda, NY, US) We absolutely love them so far, the dogs are getting used to them, only issue we have found is where we live, the road is uneven, so they do better on even ground, but other then that the quality is great and the helmets and googles are awesome!
