The team at MOD was fantastic! We came in because we'd seen a couple of their bikes "in the wild" and loved the look and engineering. The MOD crew did a great job listening to our wants & needs, and making sure we got the bike we wanted (Cargo). They did such a great job that we came back a few weeks later to get a second bike (Easy) so we'd both have one.

Definitely recommend.. Bought two E-bikes. Absolutely love it. Great comfortable ride. Seat and frame shocks. Been riding around parks and streets. First time owner and a believer in satisfaction.

Great bike, I needed 3 wheels so I opted for the Sahara sidecar, really cool ride, my dog is tethered to it and enjoys running with me, he acts Like we're a pack. the cycle is a good alternative to walking, that doesn't bother my back. A couple tricks, when setting up the cycle & sidecar lean the bike slightly into the sidecar also put about 20lbs of ballast in the car, will handle much better. It's cool to be able to haul a good load of groceries, dogs, grandkids or smaller person. If you want something different this is pretty cool .

Just passed 5k miles on my Berlin commuter over the last 4 years and the bike has been holding up great. No major issues so far.

The shop has done a great job of keeping it running smoothly too. I try to do most of the basic maintenance myself, but whenever I've taken it in for anything else, they've done an excellent job.

I love your new sidecar since it opens in the back. I have an a hanger with the old side car so I had to make modifications for my dog. I think it looks pretty cool. It an original radio wagon all wood and I can slide the panels up and down so my dog can get in real easy works out well. And when I have the grandson in it, the seat and seatbelt fit perfect I love it.

Just got a new bike rack. Excellent price and even better service. Thank goodness I didn’t spend the whole day trying to put that thing together. They not only put it together but they installed it and gave me detailed instructions on how to use it. The mechanic did a good job and had great people skills. Jack

I absolutely love this bike. It’s the coolest bike I’ve ever owned. I’ve rode over 100 miles so far . It’s super comfortable. The motor is very powerful. I’ve gone up some super steep hills with a smile. My longest ride so far was 35 miles I could have easily gone farther.

I could not resist the rack. It matches the wooden Groove detail on the frame, awesome. It has a convenient quick release design and is very sturdy. I zip tied a milk crate on. My things have been very secure at top speeds!

The service with Mod bikes is exceptional. My history with these guys is why I wanted one of their really cool bikes in the first place. They serviced my first electric bike for roughly 3000 miles of brakes and things. Already they fixed an adjustment issue I was having with my Groove for free! I now have a warranty.

I purchased one Mod bike Groove. Pokey and Mike and teamwere great. I liked it so much that I bought another one. I traded in my two older bikes. I love the Mod bike with its strength and comfortable ride. Oh, yeah, it looks great. BTW, no one asked me to write a review.

After a couple of years I moved from my mod city to the Berlin model. Joined a group that goes on 30+ mile rides on primarily paved roads. Love the Berlin model. Fern at the shop was super helpful and walked me through what the bike has to offer.

My husband brought his Berlin in for repairs after he crashed it. Service department is outstanding. They go above and beyond and now his bike is like new, he says riding better than ever!

I don't own a car, so I bought the MOD Easy 3 bike back in April of last year. I use it as my main source of transportation, especially to and from work. My bike is so brilliantly engineered and amazingly reliable! It's honestly one of the best investments I've ever made.

During the few times I've taken my bike in for repairs and routine tune-ups, the staff have been so helpful and polite that I feel like a family member walking in! They truly practice genuine southern hospitality. Marty, the garage manager, always makes sure that customers are taken good care of.

Love my new ebike! Wonderful customer service. Before I bought from MOD, I stopped by a corporate bike shop where I was ignored, dismissed and given misinformation about ebikes. I ended up going to MOD right after which was a breath of fresh air. The owner was very kind, knowledgable and helpful.
