Individual riders get up to $600, while Customer Assistance Program (CAP) participants can receive up to $1,300.
No. We make it effortless. After your purchase, our team provides you with the exact, itemized Approved Dealer invoice required by the city. All you do is submit that PDF to the Austin Energy portal, and they mail you a check.
