After bringing my bike in for a $159 tuneup the chain still catches in certain gears and the handlebars shake at slower speeds when I initially start riding. I emailed the shop and filled out a service survey after picking up my bike to alert them that these issues are still continuing, but have had no response to either. I discussed these specific issues when dropping the bike off, and am not sure why they weren't fixed. I am an avid cyclist, and after discussing the shaking issues with other cyclist friends and bike mechanics, it sounds like the concenus is that this may just be the result of a poorly-desined bike. Everyone who works here is very nice, but I'm frustrated that after spending so much money on a tuneup these issues are not resolved, and no one has followed up to my emails.
