General Shipping Information
- Delivery estimates – Delivery estimates are made in good faith but may be affected by external factors such as government restrictions, supplier delays, fires, strikes, pandemics, or other causes beyond our control.
- Order processing time – Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.
- Shipping time – In-stock orders typically ship within 3 business days.
- Weekend and holiday schedule – Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping confirmation – Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once an order is dispatched.
- High-volume delays – During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there are significant delays.
- Signature required – A recipient’s signature is required upon delivery of all bike shipments.
- Self-pickup – Self-pickup is available at our Austin location at no additional cost.
Shipping Within the Continental U.S.
- Free shipping – Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping within the lower 48 states.
- Flat fee – Orders under $99 incur a flat shipping fee of $19.
- Delivery timeline – Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after shipment.
Shipping to Canada
- Free shipping – Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping to Canada.
- Flat fee – Orders under $99 incur a flat shipping fee of $19.
- DDP service – All shipments to Canada are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). We handle customs clearance to ensure doorstep delivery without additional steps.
- Delivery timeline – Estimated delivery time is typically 7–14 business days after shipment.
Shipping to Hawaii
- Online orders – Orders can be placed online as usual.
- Order limit – Hawaii orders are limited to one bike per order, with the option to add one sidecar. Customers purchasing multiple bikes must place separate orders or contact us for assistance.
- Shipping rates – Shipping to Hawaii is charged at checkout based on the applicable Hawaii shipping tier for the order.
- Local coordination – Some orders to Hawaii are coordinated and fulfilled by our local logistics partner, who will contact the customer after the order is placed to coordinate final delivery or pickup options, if applicable.
- Additional charges – Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized accessories or special delivery requests.
- Delivery timeline – Estimated delivery time is typically 7-14 business days after shipment.
Shipping to Alaska
- Online orders – Orders can be placed online as usual.
- Shipping quote – A competitive shipping quote will be calculated based on your address.
- Approval required – Customers will be contacted for quote approval before shipment.
- Refund option – If the quote is not approved, the order can be canceled for a full refund.
- Delivery timeline – Estimated delivery time is typically 14–21 business days after shipment.
International Shipping (Excluding Canada)
- Electric bike orders – Orders containing an electric bike are shipped internationally for a flat fee of $299 per bike. This fee includes DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service.
- Non-bike orders – For orders without an electric bike, shipping, duties, and taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout. These will also be shipped DDP.
- Remote destinations – In rare cases where the shipping address is located outside our standard service zones (such as remote areas or island destinations), additional shipping costs may apply. If this occurs, our team will contact you with the revised shipping fee for your approval before the order is processed or shipped.
- DDP service – All international shipments are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). We handle customs clearance to ensure doorstep delivery without additional steps.
- Delivery timeline – Estimated delivery time is typically 60–120 days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing.
- Returns, Repairs & Warranty – Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, and duties related to returns, repairs, or warranty services outside the continental U.S. and Canada.
- Relocation costs – Customers who relocate internationally after purchasing are responsible for any related shipping fees for returns, repairs, or warranty services from their new location.
- All MOD BIKES are shipped internationally in their original configuration. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the product complies with local regulations in their country. If specific adjustments are required for compliance, please contact us prior to shipping — in some cases, we may be able to accommodate special requests.
