4. Sales, Discounts & Price Adjustments

1. Discounts, coupons, and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
2. Customers who purchase a product at full price and see a discount on the same item within 14 days of delivery or pickup may request a Retrospective Price Adjustment in the form of a MOD BIKES gift card.
3. To request, fill out the Price Adjustment Request Form within 14 days of delivery.

Holiday Best Price Guarantee

• Applies to electric bikes purchased between Oct 16th and Dec 31, 2025
• If the price of your bike drops during that period, we’ll refund you the difference.

5. Intellectual Property

1. All content, trademarks, and media on our Site are the property of MOD BIKES or its licensors.
