The on/off switch on the controller stopped working and you guys sent me a replacement setup within a few days of me calling you on a Saturday afternoon. I was bummed that the part broke, the bike is less then a year old, but really pleased with your support and quick delivery of the new set up. You really stand behind your product!

Cody R. (Houston, TX, US) Replacing my display was mostly easy, although getting it to stay in place after installation has been a little difficult. Also, it took me awhile to figure out what the default password is on a new display, so maybe that information should be more readily available. But the customer service experience was great; the team reached out quickly and fulfilled my order within days despite setbacks from the fire.
