The first one I received wouldn't charge. An e-mail later, the old one was on it's way back to Austin and a new one was headed in my direction. I'm very pleased.

Had one good year with this bike and then battery died, After considerable hassle they sent a replacement battery, with a small discount and took 3 months to receive, it then died. After emails and no return phone calls and they did NOTHING! Can’t say enough bad about their customer service. It might be good in Austin but being far from there is sucks!
Stu, we sincerely apologize for the experience you’ve had with your MOD Berlin 2/3 Battery and the support process overall. Waiting months for a replacement only to run into another failure would be frustrating for anyone, and we understand why you feel let down. We never want riders — especially those farther from Austin — to feel unsupported or forgotten.
